Today, OnePay has banking, credit, payments, and investing products and for the first time, was named to @CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026.

We've been heads down building a multi-product financial services app for millions of consumers because better money makes life better. This recognition is a small reflection of that — and of the customers and team who makes it possible every day.

The older I get, the more I realize intelligence is overrated. Intelligent people are more likely to overthink, overplan, and overanalyze. They hide behind motion that doesn't create progress. They fear the judgment of others if they're proven wrong.

The truth is that intelligence is abundant. Courage is not. The people you admire are the ones who had the courage to act. They aren’t more talented than you. They aren’t smarter than you. They just took action when you didn’t.

I often wonder how many extraordinary people wasted their entire lives waiting for permission that never came. Permission isn't granted. It's taken. You get to tap yourself in whenever you want. You can just do things.

Courage beats intelligence.

Meet Tokki, OnePay’s developer agent. 🐇

Tokki, Korean for “rabbit,” is a nod to our culture of hunger and execution speed.

We built Tokki to unlock the knowledge trapped inside our codebase. Now anyone at OnePay can ask, “What happens if…?” and get an answer with a live preview. Describe a feature. Propose a change. Tokki sprints through the implementation in a secure sandbox while our team focuses on design, judgment, and review.

It’s not just about writing code faster. It’s about making our codebase accessible, conversational, and usable across the organization.

Never say never. Given where HCI is going, passwords are going to be obsolete and on device biometric auth the norm. Sure, it won't happen overnight but it'll be within the next decade, easy.

@ajaydsouza @jkudish Use a password manager like Bitwarden and sync on all your devices. Slightly less secure but better than not using passkeys at all. We're heading towards a passwordless world and websites will keep promoting visitors to switch until they can hit critical mass, then enforce.

Later this year, @Rakuten offers are coming to the OnePay app. Customers will be able to activate deals in their OnePay App, and earn automatically when they pay with no limit on how many of these deals they can activate.
