The due date for Filing DIR-3 (KYC of Directors) is approaching and will have to be filed by every director having a valid DIN as on 31st of March 2022. Non-filing will attract penalty of Rs.5,000.
@itsAdityaT Private limited brings its own maintenance cost as well. Its not suitable for everyone and cost of non-compliances are huge these days. You have to be disciplined in filing TDS, INcome Tax, RoC forms regularly
@abhishek_n IMO while enquiring about the services offered by a CA, one should talk more abt the business than compliances. Business understanding is more critical these days due to its complexity. One can assume that CA is good with compliances if s(he) is able to share inputs on business.
@Ravisutanjani Itโs not just fintech even government authorities. The moment you incorporate the company/LLP, your mailbox will be filled with emails from banks, CS, domain and what not. And you will keep receiving spam calls.
