Why should the onus of arranging a written confirmation from the consulate be on the customers? Even after sharing a link to the updated notification on the consulate’s website and notifications from the federal ministry, @KotakBankLtd is unable to take it on record as official.

@GermanyinMumbai @KotakBankLtd is being utterly unresponsive and callous about this whole matter. Now that the checklist on the consulate’s website has been updated - they are still refusing to increase the blocked amount stating that this applies from 1 Jan. Can the consulate pls help?

@vfsglobalcare The appointment system is clearly NOT working on a first come first serve basis and it is only a fastest finger first situation. When I first logged in this morning, I could see that slots were available for 30 August but in the end I could only manage to get one for 9 Sep.
