Her transformative experience on the team inspired her return as the director of operations, where she helped shape the next generation of athletes. She founded Relentless Rowing Academy—one of only three Black rowing programs in the country—while also serving as president of the Black Coaches & Rowers Association. Now, she continues to break barriers on the global stage as a @onepeloton rowing instructor.
