@optimum @OptimumHelp I already checked, & thankfully another service is available where I'm moving, so I look forward to never doing business with@optimum again.

BTW my coworkers called when they heard what I was dealing with & all got their rates dropped. Don't let them overcharge you if you stay!!

On 6/27 I called @optimum to disconnect my service since I'm moving (& staying somewhere temporary that has internet so I'm not ready to transfer my service). I'm told to just put my account on hold, that they would prorate my bill, & won't charge a setup fee to reconnect. Great!

@optimum @OptimumHelp This has been heinous from start to finish. First I was "misinformed" by @optimum about what my cancellation options were, then told two different credit amounts (neither of which were the actual credit I received), and now have to figure out how to actually get my refund.
