@PharmacistMama Also, when I’m prescribing meds for “minor ailments” and the patient has multiple allergies and/or are medically complex, guess who I call for advice? You better bet it’s the clinical pharmacist at my FHT or my patient’s community pharmacist.

@PharmacistMama As a NP, we are often told the same. It’s a shame, because my experiences with pharmacists has been overwhelmingly positive. I am often amazed by the breadth and depth of knowledge of pharmacists. They have taught me more clinical pearls than any other health care professionals.
