I emailed Amul Customer Care team about a spoilt tetra pack of milk on 31st March. And ever since I have been following up with repeated reminders. How long does it take for your team to resolve a complaint?

@amulcares I fail to understand what exactly is the cause of delay in resolving the issue of one single tetra pack of spoilt milk. Does AMUL not care at all?

The Powai police station is at the JVLR end of this road. Yet literally just a few feet away, there is a huge garbage dump on the road! Such a shame!!

The pathetic state of a crucial road connecting JVLR @Powai and Chandivali Farm road. A no. of violations from massive potholes to encroachments to illegal parking of vehicles! Total apathy from BMC. Citizens demand permanent action to tackle this manic life-threatening issue.
