- Write clean code
- Extensive tests
- Scalable architectures
- Well documented
Their companies need them to figure out solutions to their business problems.
Many times that's:
- Clunky code
- No tests
- Pressure to "ship fast"
- Ad hoc urgencies
Extremely disappointed with mainstream media & top Indian newspapers on lack of Hockey coverage. Hockey World Cup starts tomorrow. India is hosting it. Been barely any articles even on our own players. We have brilliant hockey journalists. Give them some space please!!!
Everyone mature in their own way. Just give them time and see them grow. Although we know that the change takes its own time, we unconsciously expect it to happen overnight. Why do we do that?
