TCS, ONE OF THE LARGEST H-1B VISA MILLS IN THE US, JUST REPORTED ITS STRONGEST HIRING QUARTER IN FOUR YEARS

The issue? The jobs are in India while nearly half of their global business comes from the USA. Connect the dots.

In July 2025 TCS announced 12,000 layoffs, the biggest in Indian IT history. The official reason was AI and a skills mismatch.

This week TCS reported 9,279 net additions. 14,000 freshers onboarded in three months.

Where did the jobs come back? Not the US. The freshers are campus hires in India. Meanwhile 20+ American TCS workers, most over 40, have EEOC complaints alleging they were cut while H-1B coworkers stayed.

TCS was the #2 employer of newly approved H-1Bs in FY2025 with 5,505.

The median wage on TCS H-1B filings in our data: $90,813. Microsoft's: $184,405. Same visa, half the price.

The jobs never disappeared. They were repriced. AI was the story. Arbitrage was the strategy.

Former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem set the standard of 3,000 illegals arrested a day, and that still wasn't enough to make a dent.

Current DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin has decreased that number to 2,000 arrests.

A thousand less a day.

I voted for mass deportations, not just the "worst of the worst" and I don't give 2 shts about optics.

Don't tell me there are more deportations now, that there's just less media attention.

Things aren't happening more quietly, they're happening less, and slower.

While the US economy and American worker are financially crumbling under the burden of tens of millions of illegals, unfair job competition thanks to H1B visas, and who knows how many new anchor babies.
