If you've spent a bunch of time tracking down and implementing bug fixes and/or performance improvements, why not spend a small amount of time letting customers know exactly what you did for them?

Anyone else have major issues with @IGGsoftware online chat support? No real answer to my question. Direct Access (which costs $) not working and chat ended on their end promptly at 4pm. Tried to follow what instructions I was given (turn off/turn back on) but not possible on iOS

@IGGsoftware That’s the thing. I am asked for secondary security question but once entered there is no way to continue. I hit next and ... nothing. So I am completely unable to enable Direct Access now.

Wow @ATT - wireless bill screwed up, u-verse bill screwed up. Two hours on phone with unsatisfactory resolution on wireless / no resolution on TV. Seems like a monthly thing. Service canceled- I’m done. They say @ATTCares but sure doesn’t seem so.

Wow. Pretty long outage for what appears to be every customer nationwide with no response or eta for fix…can’t place or receive calls. More excellent customer service!
