Claire Fisher

Abandoned London to go and live with my amazing boyfriend in Norway. Going to school to learn Norwegian! learning to roll my r is proving difficult....

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@FlyWideroe how do we contact someone on the weekend?? We urgently need to talk to someone regarding luggage and none of the numbers are open until tomorrow which will be too late for our luggage issue, @SAS not responding either and getting ridiculous

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

We have only 2 of our 5 suitcases that @SAS have lost, one managed to be loaded on a flight we are not even on and arrived an hour before us! We are due to fly again today, moving to another country, the whole thing is a farce and @SAS are not answering calls...

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@SAS have managed to lose our luggage for a FOURTH time in a row at Oslo airport! This time they cancelled a flight, then booked us on a flight without checking with us for 2 days later and seemed to think we would not need our luggage in those 2 days??

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@AskTSA They were removed with bolt cutters clearly, as in one case the actual zippers were cut! No inspection leaflets on 3 cases...

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@AskTSA Why were TSA approved padlocks removed from our baggage, 3 locks now lost! There was no inspection leaflet, I have no issue with an inspection for security checks, hence the TSA locks. It costs extra to buy the approved locks to be then removed for no reason at all?

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

After my mini rant at @hellcase last week(security issue involving them ignoring bankID requests )I left reviews as warning to others. They responded to my review, I sent them an email, yet to get a reply. They have flagged my review as fake though XD #fraud #securitybreach

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

So @hellcase have asked me to contact them concerning the fact they allow unauthorised transactions to go through, will be interesting to see what they have to say for themselves! #fraud #securitybreach

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

Very angry @hellcase, apparently they think it is ok to allow multiple transactions to go through without being authorised by bank ID, this is despite the fact bank authorization was asked for but I obviously did not ok this as my card details had been stolen!

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@RoyalMailHelp Unfortunately I made the tragic mistake of not paying the extortionate tracking fee this time, had no issues of stuff sent before. I understand they would be a postage delay which is why I posted them all in November. Only my 3 parcels for notts that are missing!

[Claire Fisher @nannycrafts]

@RoyalMailHelp I posted 7 parcels from norway to UK on 27/11/20. 9 December 4 parcels delivered to London and Blackpool, excellent, expecting 3 for Nottingham to arrive not long after. now 5/1/21 and notts parcels are still MIA.what is going on in notts?
