Super proud to see my fellowship project published! We found that newly diagnosed children w CeD had higher urinary arsenic levels after 6 months on GFD. All levels still below toxic limits, but area that requires further study #BCH #arsenic #celiac

We did measure rice serv via 3 day dietary Q as well as asking about processed GF products that often have rice grain(brown rice syrup, rice flour etc) as ingredient.
