The best marketers can't be trained. You either have it or you don't.
Varick is hiring our first marketer.
In the last year we did 200M+ impressions on X. We run zero outbound. Every client we have, all doing 1B+ $ in revenue, came to us inbound or through referral. We do 0 outbound.
Next year we're going to 1B impressions across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the newsletter. I want you to own this.
I've run all of marketing myself until now, so this role is extremely special to me, and I'm screening every candidate personally. I'm your only interview, if you join, you're sitting next to me.
What I'm looking for:
- you actually use and understand AI. Your opinions should be formed from your own experience not from parroting X.
- you've blown everything up. Your own account, your last company, etc.
- you know how enterprise buyers think. Witing for a CFO at a $20B company is nothing like writing for founders.
- you're eager to work startup hours for startup upside.
What you get:
- top 1% cash
- top 1% equity
- top 1% bonuses if targets are met
Role is in-person, in FiDi, San Francisco. My DMs are open.
The first 40 years of the industrial revolution produced almost no productivity gains. They only came when factories were completely redesigned around the new technology instead of slapping it on top and hoping it works.
The same thing is happening with AI. Companies aren't seeing gains because they're not rebuilding operations from the ground up.
That is what we do at Varick, and we're hiring Engagement Managers and Senior Engineers to lead this effort. You’ll have the opportunity to reshape how companies use the most powerful technology in all of history.
The bar for talent is high. Apply on the website and we'll chat for 15 minutes to see if it's a good fit on both sides.
We are on track to be the largest AI transformation company on the planet.
