Such a pathetic after sales service by @KentROSystems , raised a service request 4 days ago, no update, no follow up. Avoid Kent at any cost. Go for other brands, there many good ones in market.

I booked OLA yesterday from PN to Shirgn.There was a toll at dehu road which ideally be inclusive of cab fare. But we were asked by driver to pay it and he even didn't have #fasttag enabled so we had to pay the double amount. @Olacabs Please help

@PuneRTO I have applied for licence last year. In April 22, I took driving test. But it's still stuck in 'APPROVAL OF DL-DYRTO1'. It's almost year now but no update. If I park in no-parking then the RTO provides the fastest service to pick my vehicle
