મહેસુલ વિભાગના ડિજિટલ પોર્ટલ i-ORA પર નાગરિકોને મળતી વિવિધ મહેસુલી સેવાઓમાં વધુ સરળતા લાવવા તથા અરજી કરતાં સમયે થતી ક્ષતિઓનાં કારણે થતા વિલંબને અટકાવવા આ માર્ગદર્શક વિડિયો પ્રસ્તુત કરીએ છીએ.
1. સૌપ્રથમ i-ORA પર જઈને ઓનલાઇન એપ્લિકેશન પર ક્લિક કરો, જ્યાં નવી અરજીનો હેતુ “હક્ક પત્રક સંબંધીત અરજી તથા અરજીનો પ્રકાર ગામ નમુના નંબર ૭ ક્ષતિ સુધારણા અરજી” પસંદ કરો, અરજદારનો મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઇ-મેલ આઇડી દાખલ કરો, કેપ્ચા દાખલ કર્યા બાદ ઓટીપી જનરેટ કરો.
2. સ્ક્રીન પર જિલ્લાનું નામ, તાલુકાનું નામ, ગામનું નામ દાખલ કર્યા બાદ અરજદારના મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઇ-મેલ આઇડી પર આવેલો ઓટીપી દાખલ કરી સબમિટ બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
3. સ્ક્રીન પર દર્શાવેલ અરજી પત્રકમાં જરૂરી વિગતો દાખલ કરો.
4. ક્ષતિ સુધારા અરજી જમીનનાં ખાતા નંબર અથવા સર્વે નંબર મુજબ કરી શકાય છે.
5. ગામ નમુના નંબર ૭માં ક્ષતિ સુધારા અરજી (૧) ખાતેદાર નામમાં સુધારો (૨) બીજા હક વિગતમાં સુધારો (૩) બોજા વિગતમાં સુધારો (૪) સત્તા પ્રકારમાં સુધારો (૫) જમીન ઉપયોગમાં સુધારો (૬) ક્ષેત્રફળમાં સુધારો અથવા (૭) આકારમાં સુધારો કરવા કરી શકાય છે,
6. જે મુજબ લાગુ વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરી જરૂરી સુધારાની વિગતો દાખલ કરવી.

ખાસ સુચના:-
૧) જે ખાતામાં એક થી વધુ સર્વે નંબર હોય તે ખાતામાં ખાતેદાર નામમાં સુધારો હોય અને તેની સાથે સર્વે નંબર સંલગ્ન વિગતમાં સુધારા (જેમ કે બીજા હક્ક વિગત, બોજા વિગત, સત્તાપ્રકાર, જમીન ઉપયોગ, ક્ષેત્રફળ અને આકાર) હોય તો બંને માટે અલગ-અલગ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
૨) જે ખાતામાં એક થી વધુ સર્વે નંબર હોય અને એક થી વધુ સર્વે નંબરમાં સંલગ્ન વિગતમાં સુધારા (જેમ કે બીજા હક્ક વિગત, બોજા વિગત, સત્તાપ્રકાર, જમીન ઉપયોગ, ક્ષેત્રફળ અને આકાર) હોય તો સર્વે નંબર દીઠ અલગ-અલગ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

7. અરજીની ચકાસણી કર્યા બાદ કન્ફર્મ બટન પર ક્લિક કરો, ત્યારબાદ અરજીની પ્રિન્ટ લઈ તમામ કબજેદારોની સહી કરો. જો સહીના સ્થાને અંગૂઠો કરવાનો હોય તો પુરુષનાં ડાબા હાથનાં તથા મહિલાનાં જમણા હાથનાં અંગૂઠાનું નિશાન કરી અંગુઠો ઓળખાવવાનો રહેશે તેમજ અંગૂઠો ઓળખાવનારનું નામ તથા સહી કરવાની રહેશે.
8. હવે સહી કરેલ અરજીપત્રક તેમજ અરજદારની માંગણી મુજબનાં સુધારાને લગત પ્રમાણિત કરેલ આધાર પુરાવાની નકલ સ્પષ્ટપણે વાંચી શકાય તે રીતે સ્કેન કરી અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કર્યા બાદ સબમીટ બટન દબાવવાનું રહેશે જેથી અરજદારની અરજી લગત કચેરીએ ઓનલાઇન દાખલ થઈ જશે.
9. ગામ નમૂના નંબર ૭ ક્ષતિ સુધારા અરજીની સેવા વિનામૂલ્યે ઉપલબ્ધ હોય, કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ફી ભરવાની રહેતી નથી.
હવે અરજદાર અરજીમાં આપેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઇ-મેલ આઇડી પર અરજી પરત્વે થયેલ કામગીરીની વિગત ચકાસી શકશે.
