With the divine blessings of Bhagwan Shri Ram & Shri Krishna, along with the criminal complaint filed in the court of Ld. Magistrate seeking registration of FIR against Dhruv Rathee, we have also filed a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court yesterday.

The Writ Petition seeks directions to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) to decide our appeal expeditiously or alternatively, direct the Union of India to remove the offensive video.

Despite hundreds of comments from outraged Bhartiyas expressing how deeply their religious sentiments have been hurt, Dhruv Rathee has arrogantly ignored them and did not delete the video, showing his complete disregard and zero respect for the feelings of millions of Hindus.

Petition will be listed after court vacations in the first week of July 2026.
