我希望我能时时意识到，我花了多少时间在doom scrolling上，除此之外还有多少时间被我用在了焦虑和犯懒上。如果把这些时间拿来做些有意思的事情，比如看书、画画、看电影，怎么都比浪费它们来得更有意义，也更快乐、更有成就感吧。我的意思是，要有意识地去对待时间，不要稀里糊涂地生活。
