MK competed in XC all 4 years and 2 years in track & field. She finished in the top 4 in XC each year, winning in 11th grade. She was a scorer at All Catholics in the 4x800, 800, 1500 and 4x400 both years, including 4 wins, 2 2nds, 2 3rds. She earned 4 trips to Feds in XC/track.
Congratulations to Emma Sgroi and MK Hartigan as they competed in the NYS Federation track & field meet over the weekend at Cicero North Syracuse. Both closed out their careers at the top meet in the state, with Emma finishing 26th in the 3000m & MK 24th in the 2000m steeplechase
Emma competed in track & field for 2 years, winning the 3000m at All-Catholics as well as scoring in the 1500m both years. She also earned points at All-Catholics in the 800 and was on the winning 4x800 relay last year. Emma won the CHSAA Championship in the 3000 this year.
Good luck to Gabrielle Orie in the NCAA championships. Her race will be televised on ESPNU starting at 8:30pm. She will be racing the 3000m steeplechase, which will begin around 9pm. @bufnewspreptalk@milesplitny

Huge CHSAA championship performance by all of the Gators. The team competed in 9 events scoring in 7 of them (only the top 5 score). The team finished only 6 points out of 2nd place. 8 different athletes earned medals, from 6 individual events and 1 relay.
The Gators head to Icahn Stadium on Saturday morning for the CHSAA intersectional championships. 12 athletes competing in 9 events, all seeded in the top 8. Go Gators!
Super day 1 performances by the Gators at All-Catholics. 52 points leads by 15 points over 2nd place currently, and the team has 2 finalists in each of the 100m and 200m races. Other finals on Day 2 include the 800, 1500, 4x100, 4x400, Long Jump and Shot Put.
The track & field Gators head to St Francis at 11am for Day 1 of the All-Catholic Championships. Four final events on day 1 - discus, triple jump, 4x800, 3000m along with the trials of the 100/200/400. Nardin looks to build on their undefeated regular season. Go Gators!
