The controller umb is not taking good decisions for smooth running of trains. Passengers are suffering.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @drm_umb Train 64512 was held at UBC Platform 2 to let Train 14650 cross, despite both having a scheduled stoppage at UBC. 64512 departs UMB at 5:45 PM, while 14650 departs at 6:18 PM. Why was 64512 given lower priority?
