I am not comfortable in taking my car fearing about car not starting due battery issue. Though the battery is under warranty, why your technician is hesitant in replacing it? What kind of customer service is this? Can you please look into this issue and resolve it quickly? 3/n
@amaronofficial I am facing a battery draining issue and raised complaint SR No.2306778915. Though your technician tested the battery and mentioned that water is not sufficient in the battery and taken it with him for testing. 1/n
He came back with the same battery and said it is filled with gravity water and tested to be working fine. It was working fine for a week time. And now I am facing issue with battery getting drained now and then. 2/n

Without even calling customer, it is mentioned as door locked in the tracking. This parcel was sent on 2nd Dec and it is still in transit. Delivery people are not attending the call and need to go to the branch directly
@TPCGlobeCares well again, your delivery team is repeating the same issue for TUT193581. Kept on calling to find No proper response from your team. The amount (380rs) that you charge for this shipment is way high and still not delivering on time.
Can you please look into it and resolve it quickly. Everytime i receive any parcel, i need to visit the branch to collect the parcel. Hope the amount you charge us, includes delivery charges as well..

and still got answer that it will be only delivered on 7th Dec. I understand 2nd Dec is Saturday. But still your team is not able to deliver it on 4th Dec, 5th Dec and mentioning wrong reason in the tracking.

@UshaIntl you are the most fraudulent company. Your service team is the worst that i have come across. Closing old tickets and creating new tickets for the same issue to keep the issue creation date to the latest. People, think twice before buying usha fans as it lost credibility
@UshaIntl Yesterday, received a call from your useless customer care saying that my issue is closed and asking for my feedback on the service. But the issue is not at all resolved for 2 months. Your technician has not even visited my premise. How pathetic is @UshaIntl service..
@UshaIntl It has been 15 days since I escalated this issue. And no solution is provided from your service. Do you need one more year to resolve this fan issue??
