False promises by sales team, false promises by field team, we looted you, all admitted by management, I've all records.

@StanChartIN @StanChartHelpIN @ZarinDaruwala @StanChart First try to be professional with existing customers. Fraud on my card, SC compelled me to pay by harassing through calls, all dues paid before time, even then harassment continues, nobody from SC listens. I suggest not to buy SC card.

In form of reward, they push their collection department to harass you.

Fraud on SC credit card, reported within 10 mins to bank, still had to pay the amount. Paid before due date, still being harassed by bank. Further charges levied even after payment. Can I expect some help.

Paid my dues before the due date in cash at the home branch. Now, the new thing comes up: SC has levied charges on paying 28K in cash.

@StanChartHelpIN My iphone shows the list of last 50 numbers in the list, hence the numbers got deleted. However, I've made a complaint to the cybercell to fetch the numbers and do something realistic (unlike standard chartered). @ZarinDaruwala @StanChartHelpIN

@StanChartHelpIN due date for my SC credit card ending 3710 is tomorrow, already made the payment a few days back. Getting calls from collection department for last many days (days before due date). Please reply here itself, don't ask for DM as I've already explored that option.
