🚨Brutal Reality Check for PNB Officers & AIPNBOA Members🚨

We bankers keep shouting that old leaders like CHV and others should step aside. We blame them for holding the chair too long.

But yesterday’s AIPNBOA election exposed the hypocrisy.

They didn’t force themselves into power. It’s working officers who elected a retired leader again.

Candidate 1 - Retired former General Secretary (Mr. Dilip Saha)
Candidate 2 - Working former President (Mr. Srikumar)
Only working officers voted yet still chose the retired one!

And these are the same members who just months back were crying over the transfer policy allegedly signed quietly from the backdoor.

So I have one simple question:

When we get a chance to bring change, why do we surrender to favouritism and group politics?

We criticise old leaders all day but don’t have the courage to change them when it’s our turn. Bankers talk big but collapse when it comes to taking a stand.

In my view AIPNBOA members have displayed the most spineless decision-making in the industry.
If this is leadership vision, then forget reform, we are digging our own grave.

Anyway, congratulations to the winner. But one truth is confirmed today:

Bankers want change but not on their shoulders. They want others to fight, while they stand and clap.”
