Yep! Agility Robotics is currently my favorite humanoid/robotics position.
They're set to be listed on NASDAQ via $CCXI as early as September (per Digitimes).
Just for informational purposes: Their V4 humanoid robot is already operating in sites like Amazon. And have V5 slated for mass production next year (they have a 10,000+ /year capacity).
Investors include Foxconn, $NVDA, $AMZN, Softbank, and now Serenity.
I've been personally waiting for humanoid exposure for awhile (Agility is set to be the first US pure-play listed one) to the point I was actually planning on investing in Unitree's IPO.
But I'm glad now I personally have a compelling alternative now since I prefer to invest capital to build up Made in America supply chains (75% of their components are US-sourced from investor desks).
There are risks assigned to SPACs such as listing delays, or cancellation. But excited to see what happens next with developments.
I do hope this encourages other frontier companies to go public early on.
Non-European satellite operators such as SpaceX and Amazon's low-earth-orbit business can bid for mobile satellite spectrum, the European Commission said on Wednesday, leaving the door open to U.S. companies.
Two thirds of the available spectrum will be divided equally between EU and non-EU operators for commercial use, the EU executive said.

$MTRX
Pitch below...small E&C name with leverage to LNG and power. The backlog to current revenue setup is pretty favorable, they have cut SG&A and the valuation at 0.2x revenue (no debt) can ramp / does ramp once the earnings start to hit...
CELSIUS $CELH downgraded to 'Hold' (from Buy) at TD Cowen, with a $29 price-target (from $40), saying the growth story may be over:
"We downgrade Celsius to Hold and reduce our PT to $29. Our retail tracking data indicates a deceleration in sales growth to 0.3% in the L4W ending January 11. The stock is already well below its highs, but the valuation multiple could contract even further if the company goes "ex-growth." Heightened competition increases the risk of this scenario in our view."
Quick thoughts on an interesting stock $IONR.
First, credit to @hntrbrkmedia for figuring out the DOE URL update alpha, wherein loans are potentially predictable via pages changing to "Access denied," implying the existence of a page for a loan, where previously there was none, pretty awesome source of edge.
Essentially, the DOE is giving loans to a number of clean energy companies like $RIVN and $PLUG before the Trump administration takes office. The idea is that these loans will help secure Biden's green legacy and potentially do some good (although in many cases, this is up for debate, and Ramaswamy has taken aim at the Rivian loan in particular).
However, in what is to my mind a very good use of a loan, the DOE has also recently updated the page https://t.co/Yi51vY3BhQ to "Access Denied".
Further supporting that this loan will be announced is the current Director of the DOE Loans programs office, Jigar Shah, sharing on LinkedIn that this loan funding has been given, which would be weird if it wouldn't get passed before the 20th.
Another reason I think this gets done is the fact that John Arnold's family office is involved intimately in Democratic politics, and appears to be the largest shareholder of $IONR, although this fact has largely been missed due to the fact that the stock also trades on the ASX. There's a reason this is the only lithium project approved during the Biden years...
Finally, we also see there was a recent DOE adoption of BLM's environmental impact finding w/r/t Rhyolite Ridge, which essentially gave the greenlight; see here: https://t.co/eHfVAz97qC. There were some concerns about environmental impacts to a rare buckwheat flower that grew there, but these have been brushed aside essentially. I am for biodiversity but this whole buckwheat drama seemed a bit ironic, given that I am pretty sure Chinese lithium mines are more ecologically destructive than US mines, but that's a debate for another day...
So what are the implications?
Rhyolite Ridge is Ioneer's lithium mining project. Presumably this is relatively unknown compared to the other loans which have been more telegraphed and have sold off today. Unlike other loans, I don't think there's much risk of the Trump administration slow-rolling funding rollout (they don't seem to be able to legally cancel loans once guaranteed, but some speculate they can slow roll, although candidly I am not sure.)
In any case, the US is utterly dependent on China for Lithium. This is a major national security problem given that it's a key element for battery technology, which will be increasingly important for tech like EVs, and, with advances over time, base-load power. Given that Ioneer's project is US based, it will do a number of interesting things:
1. It will lessen dependency on Chinese lithium as it could produce, per year, enough lithium for 370k EVs. If anything, tariffs and "America first" should result in investment and support for American lithium.
2. The other side of this coin is that Ioneer will be able to charge a premium and still save end users money if it avoids potential tariffs on foreign imported lithium.
3. It will potentially help out Elon Musk, who probably doesn't relish a reliance on the CCP
Once the DOE loan is secured, there is the potential for a $470m+ co-investment from $SBSW. I would note that this will likely happen as well.
Now let me share some valuation thoughts.
$ASTS: In my humble opinion, the Vodafone deal is bigger than the AT&T and Verizon deal combined.
The complexity to get a deal this size involving multiple countries/continents, carve-outs, local regulations, spectrum policy, taxes, etc is very complex and time-consuming. (See below legal guy from Vodafone).
I also believe that the revenue potential for AST outside of the US will shock many people that have their head buried under the sand with AT&T and Verizon.
Finally, as I’ve said oh so many times, stock price action is just background noise that I could care less about.
