@RuaridhD Agree totally Ruaridh. Alarm bell should be ringing at all clubs about this possibility. The extreme volatility of these markets seems quite out of keeping with the ethos of community based clubs. I believe an unregulated market in the UK.

@Ollie_Bayliss Which backs up many clubs’ views that grants were never going to be available. Presume that DCMS reasoning is that clubs would have to cut all player wages and non essential costs before grants could be considered.

@DorkingWDRS You have had sponsorship, NL grant compensation for lost match income and some match broadcast money, so not lost all major revenues streams for a year. Since January different but not a whole year surely?

@DorkingWDRS Most clubs will roll this forward to next season or renegotiate. Sponsors understand the abnormal circumstances and that clubs acted in good faith. Not sure I see why this impacts this season if Null and Void. Unless you have unreasonable sponsors.
