An unusual #GIPath finding from a GEJ biopsy - ciliated cell heterotopia (/metaplasia?). Per @LizMontgomeryMD/@Voltaggiol’s ‘Biopsy interpretation of the GI mucosa’ - likely incidental. Good enough for me!
