I am having whirlpool double door refrigerator 465ltr and i have been facing cooling issue in the lower section of my fridge since i hv purchased. I did no of complain but cooling issue has not been resolved. Recent i did complain and my service request no is PAT21062625383.
Two whirlpool technician came in june 2026 again faile to resolve the issue.

lastly on 22june 2026 ANKUR REFRIGERATOR WORKS PATNA KANKARBAGH dist BIHAR took my fridge to the service centre and still my fridge is in ANKUR SERVICES PATNA KANKARBAGH they are not giving proper response and i had called to the mob no of ANKUR SERVICES 100times they had not picked up the call.

WE WILL LOOSE TRUST ON WHIRLPOOL if peoper service will not be given to us.
Actions must be taken to a service centre like ANKUR SERVICES PATNA KANKARBAGH to mantain the trust of whirlpool to its customer
