Breaking News: “Please, I have come to make some clarification. Today makes it 24 days that we have been in this place. Some press media outlets are complicating the issue by stating that the people who abducted us requested N1 billion ransom and demanded Sharia law across the country. These claims are not true” - Abducted principal, Rachael Alamu of Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle cries out
JUST IN..ONE OF THE ABDUCTED SCHOOL CHILDREN GONE..
Sadly, one of the abducted schoolchildren kidnapped in Oyo State, Ahoro Esinele, has reportedly died.
Days ago, photos of her in captivity showed she was already seriously ill. Last night, the kidnappers reportedly appeared on a TikTok live stream and announced her death, telling her mother they no longer had her child.
They may not have used a weapon, but captivity killed her. The hunger, beatings, cold nights, fear, and terrible conditions were too much for her young body to survive.
Her heartbroken mother said through tears: “I knew it. She was not very strong. On the day they were abducted, she only managed to go to school. Unfortunately, she never returned home.”
No parent should ever experience the pain of a child leaving for school and never coming back alive.
Another innocent life has been lost. Another family has been shattered.
"Oyo State is looking for children, Ogbomosho is bleeding but useless Remi Tinubu is dancing a useless dance on national TV and sharing cars. What a useless and heartless family"
Dear Nigerians,
The morning my daughter was kidnapped started like every other normal day. I woke her up, got her ready for school, and dropped her off with a smile on her face. As I watched her walk into the school compound, I never imagined it would be the last time I would see my child.
A few hours later, my world came crashing down.
I received the most devastating news of my life: armed men had attacked the school and abducted the children and their teachers. My little girl was among them.
For 20 days now, my only daughter, the precious child God blessed me with after 21 years of marriage and waiting has been nowhere to be found. After years of prayers, tears, and hope, I finally became a mother. Today, I do not know where my child is or what condition she is in.
Since that day, I have not held my daughter. I have not heard her voice. I do not know if she has eaten. I do not know if she is sick, scared, crying, or sleeping under the rain.
Every day feels like a nightmare I cannot wake up from. I cry until I have no tears left. I pray until I have no words left. Yet every night I go to bed with the same question: "Where is my daughter?"
Please, Nigerians, do not forget our children.
To those holding them, they are not just captives. They are someone's child. Someone's joy. Someone's miracle. Someone's entire world.
God, please protect my daughter and every other child in captivity. Bring them home alive.
😭💔 I dropped my daughter at school that morning and went to work, never knowing that very day was my last day of seeing my beautiful daughter.
A few hours later, I received the most painful news a mother could ever hear — band!ts had attacked the school and kidnapped everyone, including my little girl and her teachers. Since then, my daughter has been in the forest, and I don't know if she is safe or even alive. 😭
The pain is too much for me to bear😭. Every day I cry, pray, and hope for a miracle. God, please protect my child and bring her back home alive. 🙏💔
“The Tinubu regime and Seyi Makinde must stop playing politics with the lives of Nigerians. Our children must not be used as pawn...”
A member of the Take It Back Movement says the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oriire, Oyo State, has become a symbol of the Nigerian government’s inaction.
We have not seen destruction on this scale before.
The lower class have been obliterated. They have all been pushed below the poverty line. N55m more Nigerians pushed below the poverty line since Tinubu became president.
The middle class are in the lower class now.
Vote NDC.
