@c2c_Rail reading your feed it is clear there is a massive issue with the AC system on your trains, it’s not good enough to ask your customers to keep reporting the issues, your engineers need to be more proactive it identifying and correcting the problems ASAP.

@c2c_Rail Thanks but why don’t your drivers know there’s an issue? Surely something should flag up... i dont believe it should be down to passengers to report faults on YOUR trains that we pay thousands to travel on ... they should be fit for travel not ice boxes
