@lisalisa0707 @UK_CAA Yep don’t see the point in us even having a reference number if I’m honest coz they can’t trace our bloody claims anyway. Just wait and see and it’s not fair. Me and my partner were supposed to be getting married abroad and we’ve now had to postpone it a year.

@lisalisa0707 @UK_CAA I want to know the answer to this too I put my claim in beginning of October but was contacted early November for more info. So is my refund due 60 days from initial claim date or from the date I provided the extra info?!? All a bit vague
