@JCT600 Since my tweet, we also sent a legal letter as advised by UK Consumer Rights. MB Sheffield agreed to cover the cost as a result. It’s a shame we had to use legal action to get your attention, as this inconvenience could have been avoided.

@JCT600 We were excited to buy our 1st Mercedes under the ‘dealership approved’ car promise. Our trust is broken with Mercedes Sheffield not taking responsibility for ‘approving’ a car with damaged window buttons that were glued to the mechanism, forcing us to pay £200 for repair
