@TicketmasterCS hi,my event was cancelled but the tickets were purchased through a now cancelled credit card and my provider has stated they refund would have bounced back. I can’t get a hold of anyone on my TM account to refund to a different card. Please help. Thank you.
@TMFanSupport I’m due a refund to a close credit card account, the money is not sat with my provider. I need to speak to one at TM direct to get my refund for a cancelled event
