Honestly shocked at how poor @CoopUK customer service is. I’ve spoken to 5 different people, had to provide my details multiple times, they take ages to reply, spelt my name wrong, and say they’ll do things but never actually follow through. Really frustrating experience.

♨️ No heating
🧱 200+snags
🛠️ No-show trades & zero comms
Glossy sales, awful aftercare.

Mulberry Homes “dream home”? Try nightmare. Sewage in bath & ensuite, unusable patio doors, 200+ snags. Total chaos & no quality. They claim we didn’t give access — yet used 2 of our dates (not full days). Glossy brochure, garbage reality. Avoid. 🛑 #MulberryHomes

@Bills_Food Our starters arrived, we had the joy of a fly landing on it, mains arrived the Mac n cheese was like water. We paid for the dinner&left. I checked the bill, we have been charged twice!!! 😡 called up to speak to a very unhelpful lady. This isn’t great, sort it out!
