@opodo requests are prioritized by departure date - I don't think so .. Our flight with TAP was cancelled in April 2020 and we are still waiting for our refund. Give us our money back -1619934. #RefundPassengers

@opodo It's been 9 months now - not simply weeks. Its coming close to a year that we are waiting to get our money back! This is a deliberate delay tactic in refunding the money. Are you saying that TAP has not authorised any refunds since April 2020!? I'm absolutely appalled by this.
