@BeeNetwork School starts in 5 minutes so I imagine everyone will have made other arrangements assuming that the bus wasn’t coming! Totally appreciate these things happen but a real time update would have been ideal given the lengthy delay. The tracking systems aren’t reliable at all sadly
@BeeNetwork Thank you - so it’s not left Eccles yet? It said on the tracker it was 7 minutes away from the stop my daughter was at and then disappeared. There was no notification about it being disrupted otherwise I would have made other arrangements for her to get to school!
@BeeNetwork morning - the 757 bus has disappeared from the tracker and is now 20 mins late. It was showing as 12 mins away from Stretford at 7.25. Is the service still running?
@virginmedia@O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!
@virginmedia Yes it’s been shown as an outage since Friday but keeps saying that an engineer is on its way to fix it and then the day/time of the fix keeps getting pushed back. I appreciate these things happen but we’re now on day 5 of complete loss of service and it’s not being helped by o2
@VMO2News@O2 Going round in circles on the chat & on the phone. Volt benefits switched off for no reason at all, complaint raised no response. Call back promised, no response. Keep getting told 14 days, 2 x 14 days have passed and still no volt benefits. Can you help?
