@Optus Hi, I got a new (business) phone and sim and have been waiting since Tuesday for it to activate. I called but was told it was a 2 hour wait and I can't message in app as it doesn't recognise the number. I'm unable to make any calls and working at home so really need help!
@Klarna 2/2 I had to explain this multiple times with your customer service team who INSISTED I had made two orders and tried to push me off to ASOS. All I wanted to do was to cancel one of the cards and this took up more than 30 mins of my time. They just didn't listen to me.
@Klarna 1/2 Just experienced some shocking customer service via your app. I created a Ghost card to make an order via ASOS but then forgot the details and couldn't find them so I created a second Ghost card and used those details to make the order.
