@jet2tweets I’ve been trying to claim expenses for my cancelled flight home from Paris since June. Expenses were agreed so I sent bank details and queried loss of earnings. Still no expenses paid. Can I talk to someone on the phone as this is getting ridiculous?

@ScottColePsych @jet2tweets We eventually got a text at around 7:15pm to let us know they’d booked us a hotel for the night and rescheduled the flight for the same time today. Three hours of panicking though, wasn’t good communication at all.
