@AccordingtoFred Agree. There are definitely collaborations that will always be better in person and environments that are high stakes / need to see emotional reactions will require that face to face time. But I see that as more the exception instead of the norm these days.

@AccordingtoFred I think there needs to be a critical mass of folks who want to be in the office and make investments so either the remote or in-office crowd isn’t alienated from each other.

@AccordingtoFred Yes. So far there hasn’t been any drive to get people back in the office and so the atmosphere that once existed just isn’t there. I struggle commuting 45min one way just to sit on Teams meetings at a desk that isn’t nearly as complete as my home office.
