Honestly, the best way to start dipping your toes into accessibility is to pick one thing and do it consistently. Can you always put alt text in tweets? Can you always run the accessibility checkers in MS Office? Can you remember to turn captions on in Zoom? Start anywhere! 😁
To my friends and colleagues sending their kiddos back to school right now: Be grace-filled to yourself, and compassionate to others. It’s ok that it’s not ok, let's just do the best that we can. That’s good enough.

@nicknoel721 I know exactly what you’re talking about. In retrospect, I can look back now and see the professional shifts as positive, but in the moment, it was super scary. To Joe and Regina’s point, looking back for me It’s been cumulative, adding new skills i go along.
