@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame -but as it stands right now it feels like a beta(it kinda is) that we have to live with until we get all the big updates. I love cdpr but they should’ve held off. Their biggest mistake was wanting to appease the people. They’re a great company but they should’ve gave themselves -
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame 2/2 what i’m saying is that all these things you bring up don’t equate to a game that has good replayability or even is a good game at that. It’s a very very unfinished game and I don’t blame the game for that, I think the game has the potential to be amazing in the future-
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame I’m not saying they didn’t say it, and they said that the car customizing would come at a later date and they said you’d be able to go into most buildings, and (if I recall) they closed off tons of buildings for optimization reasons. Either way 1/2
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame 2/2 like 20 hours longer, but look how much it has to offer outside the story. There’s no excuse for cyberpunk to not have way more to do outside of main story. Skyrim has a 30 hour story with over 200 hours in for completion it’s. (Aside from its infinite quests)
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame Also they said the STORY will be shorter. The story doesn’t need to be long for a good rpg. But when the game as a whole can be 100 percent finished in less than a hundred hours is sad when it’s boasted as a big open world rpg. The Witcher’s main story is only 1/2
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame -buildings as they’ve locked off tons of the map. It’s a beautiful map but along with the terrible driving, is just not a map that’s fun to play in. There’s tons of factors going into why so many people don’t even bother with this game anymore. Having customization-
@WritingRaidah@DarkHotline@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame It’d be fine if the gameplay supported itself but it doesnt, it’ gets stale very fast and the customization being lackluster doesn’t help it either. And in terms of cosmetics, which play a big part in rpgs as people like to immerse, play no pet as you almost never get to 1/2
@WritingRaidah@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame 2/2 and the story is fun but there isn’t enough of it and the whole game itself is just too short with very little variation throughout aside from endings. The game as a whole can be completed in under 100 hours for a 100 percent whereas Witcher easily takes 150+. A better game.
@DarkHotline@WritingRaidah@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame I’ve played many, including cdpr’s own Witcher series and it doesn’t even compare. The combat aside from melee feels dull and uninspired. Even melee gets boring. Also the fact that this game can be completed 100% in under 100 hours is sad. Witcher has double that for its 100%.
@powerhcm8@WritingRaidah@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame To an extent but gunplay is pretty subpar compared to what we have in other games, and hacking combat is cool for a moment but gets old and repetitive, melee combat is the most fun but still gets really old real fast. It’s just the fault of being an unfinished game.
@ASaltMine@WritingRaidah@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame I agree but considering the Witcher was an amazing game with tons of replayability and song with the fact that this game was advertised with literally so much to do makes it lackluster that you can fill 100 PERCENT the game in under 100 hours. Whereas Witcher is double that.
@gxtbf@WritingRaidah@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame Easy, lol tf, Witcher 3 easily as a cdpr made game, any elder scrolls or fallout game, red dead redemption story, 1 and 2, just cause 3 (good example of where good mechanics make the replayability), mass effect, half life, portal, the souls series, any LOZ game. I can go on.
@KSG_FOR_DAYS@WritingRaidah@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame If you think hollow gunplay and and copy paste weapons aside from the few exotic ones as well as a game that takes less than 100 hours to 100 percent completely is a workings of a replayable game then good on you lol
@WritingRaidah@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame I’ve played many rpgs including cd’s own Witcher 3 and they all have fun replay value outside of mechanics. Plus the different builds in cp2077 aren’t even that fun to use aside from one or two as gunplay is hollow and the hacking gets boring fast. 1/2
@WritingRaidah@powerhcm8@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame The weapon choices are there but the gunplay isn’t even fun, melee combat is generally where it has its best and even that is lackluster. The hacking is cool initially until you realize how barebones it is and not a really great street to run down.
@WritingRaidah@Asensii20@CyberpunkGame It’s a single player game with no replayability as the life paths mean little to nothing since after the first initial intro act the game funnels into the same game with maybe different dialogue choices but ones that have little to no impact. Plus you can 100% it in like 95 hours
