Banks continue to urge customers struggling to make their mortgage payments to take out HELOCs to avoid foreclosure. Just like they did in 2007. The housing crisis is getting far worse, balances up 11% YOY. The only reason we are not higher than 2007 already is because piggyback HELOC loans were used to pay the 20% down vs today’s “mortgage insurance”
In 2007, as the subprime mortgage crisis began to unfold, homeowners used Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) to pay their primary mortgages, cover basic living expenses, or pay offload high-interest credit card debt.
Using a HELOC to temporarily stay afloat ultimately created severe financial problems for many borrowers when the housing market collapsed.
Major life hack: Don't complain, ever. Nobody likes a complainer. They drain the energy of everyone around them. It's exhausting spending time around someone who constantly complains about things outside their control. If it's within your control, go do something about it. If it's not, you're just wasting energy thinking about it. Complaining gives too much power to the thing. Take back that power.
Alright 🔥 I'm watching this @TomBrady clip on overcoming self-defeating attitudes and taking ownership of your situation every morning after I wake up this week to get juiced 🔋 up:
Do the best with what you've got, not with what you wish you had.
The moment you stop blaming circumstance, is the moment you start getting better. 📈
Energy, attitude, and effort are choices. Ownership is the foundation they all rest on. 💪

🚨Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse’s warnings on GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy.
He compared their effects to what happens to astronauts in space, and the data is alarming.
Within days of use, these drugs trigger tinnitus, vision changes, and rapid muscle loss. After a month, astronauts lose up to 20% of their muscle mass.
The same thing is now happening on Earth to people taking these medications. A study from the Blau Lab (the same lab connected to Andrew Huberman) shows they destroy muscle and, crucially, stem cells.
Once stem cells are damaged, recovery becomes nearly impossible even after stopping the drug.
Kruse calls this the most dangerous class of drugs he has seen. It turns users into “astronauts on the planet”, flattened optic nerves, retinal damage, brain bleeding risks, and extreme muscle wasting.
The Osbournes are a visible example: they look like walking skeletons, and Sharon Osbourne has said she stopped but the damage continues.
Doctors in Europe and the US are being incentivized to prescribe them while Novo Nordisk prints record profits.

If you're worried about ticks, put up an owl box.
The animal driving most Lyme disease in the eastern US is the white-footed mouse. Ticks that feed on them are far more likely to come away infected than ticks that feed on other animals. The bigger the local mouse population, the worse the next year's tick year.
A single barred owl pair raising chicks can take hundreds of rodents in a breeding season. Owls also don't carry Lyme. The bacterium can't survive their digestive tract, so an owl that eats an infected mouse is a dead end for the disease.
Researchers at the Cary Institute, the leading lab on Lyme ecology, have been explicit about this: "Landscapes that support predators have reduced Lyme disease risk."
One owl box on its own isn't going to fix a tick year. But a yard with owls, foxes, bobcats, and weasels in it has fewer mice, and a yard with fewer mice has fewer infected ticks.
If you have woods or fields nearby, a properly sized barn owl or screech owl box (different species, different boxes) is one of the most useful single things you can do for tick exposure at the landscape scale. Match the box to the owl that lives near you.
The mouse is the problem, owls are the solution.
If I were in my 40s & wanted to retire in the next 10 years, here's exactly what I'd do:
1. Start an LLC before the week is over. Not next month. Not after you "research more." This week.
Animal shelter security footage captured a scared dog with a large St Bernard.
I had a St Bernard and this is exactly how loving they are❣️
I’d adopt them both!
Waco. It was 30 years ago. Obviously I have a vendetta-keeping disorder. Perhaps it's time to quit beating everyone over the head with it.
Then again, the feds put out a bunch of crap this year to launder their lies back into the mainstream's understanding of that atrocity.
So somebody's gotta tell the truth about it.

"I laid back and closed my eyes and all of a sudden I was projected outside the known universe. I was projected into infinite nothingness."
"Suppose consciousness is not in the brain at all. The brain is like a recording head on a tape recorder, and it records it on some type of energy field associated with our being — whatever you want to call it, soul, lifeforce, whatever."

When an empire runs out of its own money, it is able to increase the supply of money. However, printing more money causes borrowing to increase creating a financial bubble. I urge you to watch “Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order” on my YouTube channel in the comments below to understand how, and what it means for all of us.
