@EnjoyInter Jesus. Who gives a shit how much a player costs? Milan have pissed away how much money recently? To what end? Calhanoglu, Thuram, Mkhitaryan and Zielinski cost a grand total of $0 in transfer fees. They've worked out pretty well no?
@tedgangi@andygreder Chicago withdrew as a host city for a list of very good reasons. In the end it is more of an expensive burden than an economic benefit.
@mnufcnews There is no reason for any of us to be defiantly obtuse. Some players arrive, take some time to settle in, but demonstrate that patience will pay off. Fitz is not one of these players. That's 2 managers that don't rate him after long looks, in person. He's on his way out.
@tyler_lovelife@mnufcnews It happens. Victor Eriksson was a top player in Sweden, came to MLS and was incapable of doing anything right, and is now a top player in Sweden again. An international. Fitz can return to Austria and be good again, because it clearly isn't going to happen here.
@JeffKassouf "Generated a few opportunities" might be putting a shine on it Jeff. Berger made 1 save the entire match. Chicago's goal difference is even worse than Boston's, it might be a long year. Again.
@toothpick211@VicLombardi *Get to stay in States* probably not the selling point you think it is at this point, particularly seeing that you are Chelsea supporter. There are worse things than playing for a shit ton of money in London.
@mnufcnews "I realized that taking less money to stay in the same league when this was likely my only chance to move to Europe was the right decision for me at this point in my career."
