Just when you think @BootsHelp delivering via Royal Mail is bad, they use #DHL, pay for next day delivery and it's still not arrived 2 days later and DHL can't confirm when it'll be delivered? Unbelievable.

@BootsHelp another Boots order delivered unsuccessfully today. Was due yesterday, but royal mail delivered today and only 1 of the 7 items was in the box. Looks like someone helped themselves, but at least they taped the box back up?
