Goosebumps slowly crept up my arms. I inhaled deeply, lifting my shoulders, and then I exhaled. But my shoulders remained elevated.
All of a sudden, I felt lighter.
I knew what I had to do. I had to keep breathing. In just a few hours, the sun would rise, and a new day would bring new possibilities.

2025 Illinois Top Times 1A Championships was a success! I ran the 4x200: Third🥉-22.87 FAT Split, 400: Fifth- 51.64, 4x400: STATE CHAMP🥇-49.77 FAT Split. Back to back 4x2 and 400 made it tough, but I persevered! It was an amazing meet overall!
Extremely blessed to announce my commitment to @BlackburnHoops and @austinkirby2432! Thank you to all the family and friends who have supported me, but we aren’t done!
