6 days of building in public, a lot shipped, and i learned a ton. but personal agents are way too crowded and i jumped into a race that already had too many runners.

day 5 of building rook in public.

today i shipped stack alerts. rook watches sentry, stripe and github, and texts you first when something breaks.

in the video, checkout breaks at 2am. rook spots it, opens the fix pr, i reply "ship" and errors drop to 0. nothing ships without your yes.
