@British_Airways what good is that then exactly? Called again, get told your lines are too busy....your a £20B company and yet i cant get my deposit as credit to alter my holiday and i cant speak to anyone about it?

@British_Airways , attempting to amend my holiday has been frustrating. Your phone lines redirect to the website which tells me to call... Improved customer service is essential, especially when compared to hassle-free experiences with other airlines like @easyJet.

@CWOA booked a ticket online but accidentally selected the wrong day (yesterday) couldn’t go because of work is there anyway to amend the date on the ticket, me and my girlfriend were really looking forward to going!
