@easyJet we had flights to Spain cancelled in June and still haven’t received our refund! When can we have our money back?!!!!

@Lord_Sugar @YellowJerseyUK I’m an insurance broker, If the policy was taken out over the phone the p/h can request a copy of the call. As the theft aspect is lock specific, then @YellowJerseyUK should disclose the endorsement, if they didn’t you would have reasonable grounds to dispute the decision.

@opodo my flights have been cancelled and the airline is issuing a refund, what about the other £80 which are charges from you will these be refunded???
