@Telstra not even a customer, yet received billπ€·ββοΈCalled wanting to SPEAK to someone=automated crap that sends SMS, hangs up on you to "resolve" issue. Tried online, dealt with Virtual 'assistant'. Virtually no help. Complaint lodged. Absolutely the SHITTEST brand to deal with. π
@Telstra Yes, noted as request to change landline. It's pathetic how I call your number numerous times, only to be hung up on. Yet within a minute on social media, you're all over it. Exactly why I'm not a customer.
