In Celiac disease, a person develops an autoimmune reaction in their gut once e.g. eating bread or cereal flakes. In our latest study we unravel how the immune cells in people with Celiac are different to others. Check out our publication to read more.

1- 10x build the reference genome considering the 91 bp length
2- 2x150 sequencing kit is cheaper than 2x75 for massive seq pipelines.

@waiting_onacure It builds a foundation and extends our understandings about the nature of the disease. If you want to cure, first indentify the cause. Hopefully it will smooth the way toward finding an effective treatment in the future.
