✅ Targeting cancer metabolome & stress antigens
✅ Chimeric co-receptors boost T-cell efficiency
🌐 Promising in vivo control of liquid and solid tumors
🛡️ Reducing T-cell exhaustion, enhancing tumor recognition
👉 CD277 emerges as a potent co-stimulation format
Great to hear from @straathof_karin@uclcancer about the promise of CAR T-cell immunotherapy in solid childhood tumors. CAR-T engineering offers many possibilities, so picking the right ones to take forward is key. #Máximass5
2010
128 teams from 26 countries participated.
High School division was introduced and pSB1C3 was also introduced as the shipping backbone for all the parts.
The Competition becomes too big for MIT's capacity to host the event.

Working or thinking of working on Spatial-Omics? Wanna meet up with others like you around around the world to discuss the state-of-the-art and the non-marketing truths of current commercial techs, wanna exchange notes? Cool then…PM me and you are set. 😁

After more than two years of working on this project, we are delighted to share our effort in harmonizing the tumor microenvironment (TME) of glioblastoma (GB) at single-cell resolution and providing insights into the tumor architecture (https://t.co/AUYBcfWTmN).

This work was a fantastic collaboration between Henk Stunnenberg’s lab at @Radboud_Uni and Frode Jahnsen’s lab at Oslo University. Special thanks to @henkstun who supervised the study and Frode Jahnsen and his team Anna Bujko and Espen baekkevold and all the co-authors! @pbrazda
I am delighted to announce that our paper is now online: https://t.co/o2QhIxkjpm
My most sincere thanks to my supervisors @henkstun@LuciaAltucci for the guidance and encouragement! Thanks to our collaborators and colleagues for their valuable contributions! @pbrazda@natlasy
We compared the single nuclei profiles of tumors with RET and SDHB (germline) mutations contributing to understanding the #microenvironment, the major biological programs and some developmental aspects of this rare #neuroendocrine tumor.
I am happy and proud to see this work out and being part of it. Congrats to all involved! Look those well trained soldiers of next gen engineered T-cells (TEGs) doing their job. But doing it in style. What style? ->🧵 #immunotherapy
We are excited to share our latest paper where we developed an imaging and computational platform BEHAV3D to uncover the mode of action of engineered T cells in patient #cancer#organoids. Out today in Nature Biotechnology. Check out this thread. #immunotherapy#microscopy
