$KEEL is taking a hit today after announcing a $400M convertible notes offering (1.250% due 2032). It's looking like it may test support near $5 on the 4-hour chart, and that trendline could spark a technical bounce ️
Classic case of a policy doing the opposite of what it was supposed to.
NYC got rid of broker fees thinking it'd make rents cheaper… right?
Wrong. Landlords just hiked rents like crazy. Nobody wants to move because it's too expensive, so hardly any apartments hit the mark
No it’s not, you former illegal immigrant with three citizenships. Eliminating teleworking is about control, monitoring, and landlords.

If people stay home for work, all those office spaces that Trump and his goons own become empty, generating no income for the rich.
Another industry hit would be internet providers. No office; no internet needed.
Power and gas companies want big office buildings run with massive heating and cooling requirements.
Computer companies don’t get large contracts.
Cell phone carriers don’t get new customers.
Do you get my drift. It’s about the rich staying richer and the slave labor being tethered to them.
Also…NONE OF THIS LOWERS PRICES ON CONSUMER GOODS.
The richest douche in the land talking about fair. 😂
Inheritance Tax shouldn't even be a thing. Work hard all your life to leave your family something when you're gone, and the government goes and takes 40% of it's value 😂

Twitter's iconic bird isn't the only one disappearing. 38 million birds have vanished from UK skies in the last 50 years. But there is hope. Support WWF today and together we can bring our world back to life.
@evildarkskin @Menace2Tacos @kirawontmiss they’re just not that common at ALL, except for workplaces or in rich areas, and the UK is already going through the cost of living crisis so anything other than basic electricity, water and heat is extortionate unfortunately :/
